一起副溶血弧菌食物中毒暴发事件现场调查报告

Report of a field epidemiological investigation of a <i>Vibrio parahaemolyticus</i> food poisoning outbreak

  • 摘要: 江西省南昌市某大酒店发生一起婚宴食物中毒暴发事件。本次事件发生病例190例,罹患率为14.3%;平均潜伏期为14.9 h。婚宴食品元宝扣蹄花为本次食物中毒的危险因素。

     

    Abstract: A Vibrio parahaemolyticus food poisoning outbreak occurred at a wedding banquet in a large-scale hotel in Nanchang, Jiangxi, contaminated Yuan Bao Kou Ti Hua (hog hoof fried with dumplings) the culprit.A total of 190 cases were present, the attack rate being 14.3% and the mean incubation period 14.9 h.Yuan Bao Kou Ti Hua at the wedding banquet was the only risk factor in this food poisoning event.
